If you are currently reading any popular manhwa, it's almost impossible not to run into a chapter plastered with a ZinManga or KunManga watermark. These sites are widely known as the "parasites" of the scanlation community. They rarely put genuine effort into translating a series from scratch; instead, they aggressively snipe popular series from high-quality groups using pure Machine Translation (MTL) to dominate the SEO and ad revenue.
What are their biggest crimes?
• Unreadable English: The grammar is so broken that your brain has to work overtime just to make sense of a single sentence. Reading a few chapters guarantees a headache.
• Destroying Quality Groups: By dropping trash-tier MTL chapters faster than anyone else, they completely destroy the motivation of the original, high-quality scanlation teams who spend days properly translating the series. Many great teams have dropped projects entirely because of these parasites.
• Eye-Bleeding Watermarks: They slap their massive, transparent logos right in the middle of the panels, often directly over the characters' faces, ruining the original artwork.
ZinManga and its clones are the fast-food chains of the manhwa industry; they fill you up quickly, but they slowly poison you.
